Khalifa Consulting Engineers (KCE) was established in partnership with several leading consulting engineering firms in the construction sector. In 1994, the firm began operating independently, specializing in infrastructure projects. Since its inception, KCE has successfully delivered numerous development projects across Egypt and the broader region, earning a reputation for technical excellence and reliability.
Under the leadership of its founder and Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Dr. Abdelkawi Khalifa, KCE is supported by a team of experienced consultants, engineers, and specialists across diverse fields of construction. Today, the firm is recognized as one of Egypt’s foremost consulting practices, with a distinguished track record in the design and management of large-scale infrastructure developments.
Prof. Dr. Abdelkawi Khalifa currently serves as a Professor of Hydraulic Engineering at the Department of Irrigation and Hydraulics, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. His career spans numerous leadership roles, including Minister of Water and Wastewater Utilities (2013), Governor of Cairo (2011), and Chairman of the Holding Company for Water and Wastewater (2004–2011). His expertise and vision continue to guide KCE’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
